Slippery Sam's dates from around 1450 and is a Grade II listed building. It is named after Samuel Jackson, a notorious smuggler who once lived here. There is an 18th Century barn on the property which has been converted into two holiday cottages.

Smuggler's Rest is a two-storey, four-bedroomed property and Moonrakers is a two bedroomed ground floor property which is also suitable for disabled use. The two properties can be connected to make one large unit.

The properties have been available for rental since 2001 and have proved extremely popular. Owners Jane & Ian Wallace look forward to many happy years welcoming holidaymakers to the property.
